- Information you submit: name, email, phone, property state and type, loan purpose, estimated value, requested loan amount, occupancy and any message you include in our quote form.
- Attribution data: the page you first landed on, the referring site, and campaign parameters in the URL (such as utm tags and ad click identifiers), stored in your browser for the session and sent with your request.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type and similar information that web servers and hosting providers routinely log.
- Calculator inputs stay in your browser. We do not store what you type into the DSCR calculator.

How we share it
We share your information with wholesale lenders and service providers as needed to arrange your loan, with vendors that host our website and customer-relationship systems on our behalf, and when required by law. We do not sell your personal information.

We keep information as long as needed for the purposes above and for legal and regulatory record-keeping, and we use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
